Is this legal advice?
No. ComplyGuard provides tools, templates and standard texts. Whether your forum meets all obligations with them depends on your situation and does not replace a review by a qualified professional.
When will ComplyGuard be released?
There is no date yet. The add-on is in development (1.0.0 Alpha). The point of contact and notice and action are done.
Lite or Pro?
Lite is free and covers the basic DSA obligations that apply to every forum. Pro adds retention rules, versions of legal texts and the transparency report, among other things. The full comparison is on the product page.
Which data leaves my server?
Only the licence check with Pro: licence key and board URL to Lemon Squeezy. Notices, logs and contact details stay in your database.
What happens without a valid licence?
The forum keeps working normally and the logs remain readable. If only the update period has ended, the Pro features keep working. You just no longer get new versions and support.
Does the add-on report criminal offences to authorities?
No. Notices in the category “threat to life or safety” are marked as urgent. You have to notify law enforcement under Art. 18 DSA yourself.
Is ComplyGuard available for Invision Community?
Later, and only with the modules Invision Community does not already include.

Lite in the support forum, Pro by ticket. The forum link is at the bottom of every page once it is online.
